The business is owned and run by Tom Heath and Brian Henshall, both of whom have over 30 years experience in the machine tool industry. Both partners were apprentice trained engineers whose careers developed through special purpose machinery, machine tool repair and reconditioning, to machinery dealing, valuation and appraisal.

The Company has been a proud member of the European Association of Machine Tool Merchants since 1984. The EAMTM has over 250 members in 24 countries. It is a major international body representing Machine Tool Dealers who meet and trade on the basis of mutual trust.
